About Screw Fasteners
You can create complete screw fasteners together with the placement of the screws, nuts, inserts, washers, holes, and threads as follows:
• Place a new screw fastener on a datum point or axis.
• Use the mouse to place the pointer and then click the position where you want to place a new screw fastener.
• Reassemble an existing screw fastener.
• Redefine screw fasteners.
• Update screw hole positions that were created without external references.
• Check existing screw fasteners.
• Create screw, nut, inserts or washer instances and save them in the Creo Intelligent Fastener library.
You can also create the holes and threads with or without external references and enter existing customer-specific screws, nuts, inserts, and washers into the Creo Intelligent Fastener library.
