AM_DIM_ADD_TOLERANCE adds a tolerance to existing dimensions, or replaces
existing tolerances.

- :DIM_LIST specifies the dimension to modify. This can be
used with the Select tool for multiple selection of dimensions.
- :TOL_TYPE specifies the type of tolerance to add to the
selected dimensions:
- :TOL_LIMIT specifies limit tolerancing, consisting of
upper (:LIMIT1) and lower (:LIMIT2) limit values.
- :TOL_UL specifies upper/lower tolerancing, consisting of
upper (:UPPER) and lower (:LOWER) tolerance values.
- :TOL_PM specifies plus/minus tolerancing, consisting
of a ± value (:PM_VALUE).
Use this action to add a new tolerance to an existing dimension,
or to replace an existing tolerance.
