MI_OUT stores the contents of a specified layout or workplane.

Syntax

Options

• :FILENAME - specifies a name for the MI file.
• :OVERWRITE - overwrites an existing file with the same name.
• :SELECT - selects the layout or workplane.
• :CUT_ADU_TRACK - specifies whether or not to break the link to existing layouts and start a new series of revisions. Specifying this option causes a removal of ADU information.

When to use

This action causes the file to be stored in Model Interface Standard format.

Example

MI_OUT :FILENAME [enter filename] :SELECT [specify layout] COMPLETE

All filenames must be enclosed by double quotes (" ").
