AM_GEO_C_CIRCLE_TAN_PNT_PNT creates a construction circle tangent to a line, arc, or circle and passing through two other points.

                                     (*) necessary when the default owner is not set

Options

• :GO :OK is necessary for setting the owner of the geometry.
• :OWNER specifies the owner of the geometry using the AM_GEO_SET_DOMAIN subaction.

Specify the element to be tangent to and two other points on the new construction circle (or one point and a radius).
