AM_ATTACH_BY_NAME compares the 3D view names belonging to a specified
view set with the detached 2D view names in the current Annotation drawing.
It then sets an associativity between ("attaches") selected
matching 2D views in Annotation and 3D views in OneSpace Designer.

- :VIEW_SET specifies the view set whose 3D views are to be compared
by name with the detached views on the drawing.
- :ATTACHMENTS specifies the proposed matches in the 2D-3D view
comparison to be attached.
Use this action to attach views disconnected after importing
an MI file into Annotation, by comparing 3D and 2D views by
name. After associating the 2D and 3D
views, the Annotation view can be updated based on the OneSpace Designer
part or assembly which owns the 3D view. (Be sure that the two
views do correspond to each other. Updating a 2D view attached
to an unrelated 3D view destroys the original 2D view information.)
