Your transaction reviewing actions are indicated in the three status columns, and in the in the State and Revised columns of the Transaction List. The three status columns, C (Communicated), R (Revised), and D (Displayed), are tagged with X if you have viewed the details of a transaction, communicated it to an external tool, and revised its status.

You can update the review state of a transaction in the State column. The review state is indicated in the State and Revised columns of the Transaction list.
