Special Tokens
You can customize a watermark label by adding special tokens.
Special tokens are components of a watermark that are dynamically updated based on the defined property settings.
For example, to include the name of the author and the date that the watermark is created, add the special tokens User Name and Date to the watermark. These fields will be dynamically updated each time a change is made to the watermark.
To insert special tokens
1. In the Text Properties sidebar, under Text, click on the Insert special token drop down menu.
2. Choose one or more of the following tokens to add to a watermark label:
◦ Root component name
◦ Selected component name
◦ Selected component path name
◦ File name
◦ Time
◦ Date
◦ New line
◦ Tab
◦ Units
◦ User name
◦ Property value
3. The token is added to the label.
