Add Support for Tiled Textures
Support for tiled textures to be applied to a part. This includes support for multiple decals overlayed on a texture.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
With the new texture feature it is now possible to add detail without adding geometry, such as a thread to a bolt. It is also now possible to add the material type such as cast aluminum or braided steel lines. These added details let an end user better understand the parts they are working with.
