Share a Study
You can share the study with others to seek their feedback. When you share the study, the recipients get an email with a link to the study.
To Share a Study
You can share a study as follows:
1. Click Share. The Share settings for dialog box opens.

The Share option is not available when generation of designs is in progress.

2. Do one of the following:
◦ Select the Individuals tab and specify the names or emails of the individuals to share the study.
◦ Select the Teams tab and specify the names of the teams to share the study.
3. In the list on the right, select one of the following:
◦ Select Can edit to allow the recipient to edit the study.

To allow the recipient to further share the study, select the Share check box.

◦ Select Can view to allow the recipient to view the study.
4. Select the Include a personal message check box and type your message.
5. Click Share. The recipients get an email with a link to the study.
To Open the Study
If you are the recipient of the email, you open the study to review and compare the designs.
To open the study in GDX, do one of the following:
• Click the link to open the study in your default browser.
• Copy the link and open the study in any other browser.
• Copy the link and open the study in the Creo-embedded browser.

To download a design after you have reviewed it, you must open the study in the Creo-embedded browser.
