To Filter the Figures List
1. At the bottom of the Figures tab select Filter. The Filter Figure List dialog box opens.
2. To filter the figures by type, select from the following options:
◦ All figures
◦ Only 3D figures
◦ Only 2D figures
◦ Only Schematic figures

Filtering for Schematic figures is only available if you have a Schematic Illustrator license installed.

3. To filter figures by name, select Names and then type text to include or exclude in the Text box.
4. To make your settings the default, select Make Default.
5. Click OK. The results are filtered.
