To Set the Zoom Factor
The
Zoom Factor command is not in the ribbon by default. You must
add it to the ribbon before you set the zoom factor.
1. Click > . The Zoom Factor dialog box opens.
2. Enter a value to set the following zoom options:
◦ Zoom in/out factor—Sets the factor for zoom in or out (default=2.0).
◦ Zoom to Scale—Select a Zoom to Scale option:
▪ Ratio—Type values to set the ratio between the Sheet and the Screen.
▪ Factor—Type a zoom factor.
3. Click OK.
Zoom Factor. The Zoom Factor dialog box opens.
