To Modify Selection Options
1. Click > . The Creo Schematics Options dialog box opens.
2. Click Selection The Set the selection options page opens.
3. Modify the following Search values as required:
◦ Radius (default=2.0)—Multiple items within this radius appear in the Pick from List dialog box. The radial distance by which a point is located when using a probe.
◦ Maximum radius (default=50.0)—The maximum radial distance by which an object is located when using Pick from List. The maximum radius of a point using Near, Intersection, Perpendicular, Segment, or Tangent probes.
◦ Coincidence radius (default=0)—Separate points used for coincidence (unless separated by a distance greater than the coincidence radius).
4. Modify the following Automatic search values as required:
◦ Near point radius (default=2.5)—The radius used to locate the nearest point with an
Auto Probe.
◦ Intersection radius (default=2.5)—The radius used to locate an intersection point with an
Auto Probe.
◦ Segment radius (default=2.5)—The radius used to locate a segment point with an
Auto Probe.
5. Click OK.
