To Import a Design Sheets File
1. In an open design, click > > . The Import Design Sheets dialog box opens.
2. Type the file path and name of a sheets file to import, or click Browse. The Select Import File dialog box opens.
3. Browse to a *.sheets file and click OK.
4. To compare imported contents to the current design and view any conflicts, click the Review the imported design properties and Review the imported design sheets check boxes.
5. Click Next. The Review the imported design properties dialog box opens. New and modified design properties appear on the left.
6. Expand the New and Modified folders and subfolders to view conflicts identified by the following icons:

—Warning: the item is imported but may require special handling.
◦ 
—Error: an unresolveable conflict exists with the item.
7. To view the item causing the conflict, select the design property causing the conflict. The items contained in the property appear in the list on the right. Items causing conflicts are identified by the symbols above.
8. To view a comparison of items causing a conflict, click the item in the list on the right. A dialog box opens for you to compare the items.
9. When conflicts cannot be resolved, click Cancel.
10. Click Next. The Select the design sheets to import dialog opens. By default, All Sheets is selected in the Category list and all sheets are selected for import.
11. To view only modified or new design sheets, click an option in the Category list.
12. To view a comparison of sheets or co-shapes, click the item in the list on the right. A dialog box opens for you to compare the graphics of the sheet or the components on the sheet.
13. Clear the check box of a sheet or shapeless artifact to remove it from the import.
14. Click Import. Check the message area for importing errors.
15. When there are errors, click Cancel.
16. When there are no errors, click Finish.
Import > . The Import Design Sheets dialog box opens.
