To Import a DXF File to the Current Sheet
1. In an open design click Diagramming > Design Explorer. The Design Explorer dialog box opens.
2. Select the sheet to import the design sheet on, or create a new sheet and double click to open the sheet. The sheet opens in the graphic window.
3. Click Geometry > Import > DXF. The Import Environment for DXF dialog box opens.
4. Click Select File. The File Selector dialog box opens.
5. Browse to the DXF file and click OK. The file name and path appear in the Import File box.
6. Select a sheet from the Sheet list.
7. Click Layers. The Layers tab displays. To change the default layer mapping select the Creo Schematics layer and type a new one.
8. Click Line Fonts. The Line Fonts tab displays. To change the line font mapping, select it and choose a new one from the list.
9. Click OK. The DXF sheet is imported and appears in the open design sheet.
