To Control Blanking of a Fiber
When a fiber label overlays the fiber on the design sheet, it causes a break in the fiber. This is known as fiber blanking because a section of the fiber is blank, or not visible. You can set the width and length of this section of the fiber.
1. Click > > . The Fiber blank details dialog box opens.
2. Enter values for the following options:
◦ Blank width—Sets the size of the font used for the label text. This value is the width of the fiber covered by the label.
◦ Blank margin—Sets the length of the fiber that is blanked.
3. Click OK.
