• Layers can be controlled using JAVA:
◦ New methods allow you to create a new layer or delete an existing one
◦ You can rename an existing layer
◦ New methods allow you to control existing layers, i.e.: setting layer color, show and hide layers
• Set and control the design color palette:
◦ New methods allow you to define new colors or change existing ones
• Play trail files from JAVA
• Have more control of design appearance and visibility:
◦ New methods allow you to highlight shapes and select shapes in your design
