Datum Probe snaps to the first datum point of the selected object.

1. In an open sheet, select an object.

2. Click Geometry, and then click the arrow next to Line.

3. Select a line type from the list.

4. Click

. A new line is started, snapping to the first datum point on the selected object.

5. Click an endpoint for the line, right-click, and choose Exit Tool from the shortcut menu.
