Although Diagram supports the creation of a central catalog of symbols for multiple designs, after a symbol is loaded into a diagram you can change it without restrictions. These changes can cause diagram catalogs to lose synchronicity. To prevent lack of synchronicity, the action of loading a diagram always creates an internal catalog. You can submit all items to a Central Catalog and then set the design to use it.
