Only an editor can modify Catalog items that are linked to the Central Catalog. In order for an editor to modify a submitted catalog item or a central catalog item, the design must be password-protected. It must be unlocked before any editing takes place. An editor can modify an item in the Internal Catalog once it has been submitted to the Temporary Submission Directory, or can modify a Central Catalog item. The modified item must be re-submitted to the Temporary Submission Directory and sent to the catalog administrator.

Any modification to a design, including datatables and membermaps should be done when the design is dependent. Use the Reload option in the Datatable Explorer after modifying the CSV files.
