Sneak Peek for Creo Simulation Live Is Available in Creo 5.0.3.0
A Sneak Peek version of Creo Simulation Live is available for evaluation, before it is production ready in a future release of Creo. Use Creo Simulation Live to view real-time simulation results in the modeling environment on your designs, as you model.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?
The traditional design process separates modeling and simulation. In a traditional design process, designers must leave the modeling environment, perform a simulation, then return to the modeling environment to make changes based on the simulation. Creo Simulation Live brings simulation into the modeling environment, creating a parallel process with real-time simulation that provides instant feedback. By incorporating simulation in the design phase, you can run simulations early and often to accomplish the following tasks:
• Find problems earlier in the design process when they are easier and less expensive to fix
• Produce higher quality products that cost less to manufacture
• For analysts, focus on more complex analyses

Limitations:
The following Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) specifications are required to run Creo Simulation Live:
• Dedicated NVIDIA GPU
• Kepler, Maxwell, or Pascal architecture
• Minimum 4 GB video RAM (not regular RAM, video RAM)
• 8 GB video RAM recommended
• Latest NVIDIA driver installed (free from NVIDIA website)
In addition, you must run the correct and updated drivers for your video card.
