About Data Exchange Between Parasolid and Creo
You can import Parasolid parts and assemblies and export Creo parts and assemblies to the Parasolid format. You can use profiles for the import and export tasks. Import and export log files are automatically generated in the working directory when the respective tasks are complete.
 Importing from Parasolid
You can directly import 3D geometry such as solids, surfaces, curves, part density, and assembly structure using the Parasolid kernel from a Parasolid-based CAD system in the following native file formats:
*.x_t or *.xmt_txt, and *.xmt for the text format
*.x_b or *.xmt_bin for the binary format
*.x_n or *.xmt_neu for the neutral format
The Import New Model and the File dialog boxes allow you to select profiles for the import and append tasks.
Exporting to Parasolid
You can export solids, surfaces, part density, colors, and component structures and the names of parts and assemblies to the Parasolid *.x_t text file format.
