To Create a Damper
1. Click 
Dampers. The Dampers tab opens.

Translation for a transition damper or 
Rotation for a rotation damper.
Translation for a transition damper or Rotation for a rotation damper.3. The References tab is open by default. Select the motion axes or points to define the damper. To select two points, press and hold CTRL or select a point and drag the handle to the second point.
4. Type a value for the damping coefficient C, or select it from the list of most recently used values.
5. Click Properties to type a new name for the damper.
6. Click 
to preview the new damper, or click 
to view damper information.
