About Sketcher Diagnostic Tools
Sketcher diagnostic tools are available via the Sketch tab. These tools either provide information about the sketch and sketch entities, or alter the display to highlight specific geometries.
For information on feature requirements in 3D Sketcher, use the following tool on the Sketch tab:
Feature Requirements—Opens a window listing the requirements of the feature that the sketch is defining and shows the status of each requirement.
To access these diagnostic tools in 3D Sketcher, click Sketch > Inspect:
Highlight Overlaps—Highlights overlapping geometry.
Highlight Intersections—Highlights intersecting geometry.
Highlight Junctions—Highlights geometry junctions.
Highlight Open Ends—Highlights endpoints that do not coincide with other endpoints or entities.
Shade Closed Loops—Fills closed loops with a predefined color.
Intersection Point—Opens a window showing information about the intersection point of two selected entities.
Tangency Point—Opens a window showing information about the point of tangency of two selected entities.
Entity—Opens a window showing information about a selected entity.

In 2D Sketcher, the diagnostic tools are available via Sketch > Inspection Tools or from the Analysis tab. The Feature Requirements tool is not available in 2D Sketcher.
The following diagnostic tools are also available in the Inspection Tools Display Filters on the Graphics toolbar:
