To Use the Thicken Tool in Sketcher
1. Create or edit an extruded, revolved, flange, or helical swept wall sketch in Sketcher. The procedure varies depending on the type of wall you create. Your section must be a single chain with tangent entities.
2. Click > > . A thicken line is offset from your sketched line.

3. Flip the material thickness direction if required.
4. If you are creating a first wall, enter a value for the thickness.
5. Make any changes to the dimensions using the thicken line as a reference.
6. Click

1. Right-click in the Sketch window and then select Customize. The Creo Commands dialog box opens.
2. Type Thicken in the Filter Commands box. When you start typing a list of commands displays.
3. Click and drag Thicken to any section of the Shortcut Menu - Geometric Entities dialog box. When you drag it to the Sketch Tools section the 
icon appears, in other sections Thicken appears.
