To Set the Line Thickness
1. Click > 
Options > . The Sketcher area of the Creo Parametric Options dialog box opens.

3. Click OK. The Creo Parametric Options dialog box opens. Perform one of these tasks:
◦ Click No to apply the new setting only to the current session.
◦ Click Yes to apply the new setting to the current session and to save the settings to a config.pro file.
