To Navigate a Layout
1. On the View tab, select a navigation method:

Refit—Zooms and pans the view to accommodate all of the elements in a layout.

Refit to Format—Zooms and pans the view to accommodate all of the elements within the format defined for a layout.

Zoom In—Increases the magnification of an area in a layout by specifying its boundaries.

Pan—Moves the layout.
