To Convert Guides to Constraints
1. Display guides or constraints by using one of these methods:
◦ On the Design tab, click 
Constraint.
Constraint.◦ Mouse over an entity.
2. Touch a guide symbol to convert it to a constraint.
3. To remove the constraint, touch the guide symbol again.
