To Create a 2D PDF Export Profile
1. Click File > Save As > Export. The Export Setup dashboard opens.
2. Select the option PDF.
3. Click Settings. The PDF Export Settings dialog box opens.
4. Specify a name for the profile.
5. Set the PDF creation options for the profile.
6. Click Save to save the profile.
7. Click Cancel to close the PDF Export Settings dialog box. Alternatively, click OK to save the PDF export settings.
8. Click Export to create a PDF file using the saved PDF export settings.
The newly created PDF export profile is saved in the default profile folder. If the default profile folder is not set, the newly created profile is saved in the current working directory. If you do not have write permission for the default profile folder, the profile is not saved and an error message is displayed.
