To Configure PDF as the Publish Deliverable
1. Open a drawing to publish.
2. Click > > . The Export Setup dashboard opens.
3. Click 
Settings. The PDF Export Settings dialog box opens. It has the following tabbed pages:

◦ Content—Specifies the contents, such as hyperlinks, layers, parameters, and structures in the form of bookmarks in the PDF output.
◦ Security—Restricts opening the PDF file and performing viewer operations, such as printing and copying.
◦ Description—Provides descriptive information for the PDF document, such as title, author, subject, and keywords.
4. Click OK on the PDF Export Settings dialog box.
5. Click 
Close Export Setup to close the Export Setup dashboard and return to the drawing.
