To Assemble a Screw Fastener
1. On the Tools tab, select one of the following options in the Intelligent Fastener group:

Assemble on reference
Assemble on reference◦ 
Assemble by mouse click
Assemble by mouse clickThe Select References dialog box opens.
2. Select the references for the screw fastener and click OK. The Screw Fastener Definition dialog box opens.
3. Define the screw fastener together with the hole settings and click OK.
4. If the position reference belongs to a pattern, set the pattern options in the Additional Options dialog box.

1. Select the point, axis, or cylindrical surface for the position reference and click Assemble on reference. The Select References dialog box opens.

3. Define the screw fastener together with the hole settings.
4. If the position reference belongs to a pattern, set the pattern options in the Additional Options dialog box.
