Introduction to High-Speed Mold Machining
High-speed milling sequences are used to machine mold parts. These NC sequences are marked by high spindle rates and improved simulation of material removals.
With the Mold machining license 3AXIS_MOLD_TOOLING, you can create the following sequences on the 3-axis mill workcell. In a Creo Parametric session, you can add the 3AXIS_MOLD_TOOLING license to make the High Speed Milling group available on the Mill tab, without a need to end the current session. The existing high speed milling steps also become available in the model tree. Without this license the High Speed Milling group remains unavailable.
