To Create a Rip Connect
1. Click > > 
Rip Connect. The Rip Connect tab opens.
Rip Connect. The Rip Connect tab opens.2. Click Placement. The Placement tab opens.
3. Select a datum point or vertex for the start of the rip.
4. Select an datum point or vertex for the end of the rip.
5. To add a space to the rip, click the Add gap check box and set a value for the dimension.
6. To create a new set of rip connect rips, click New Set and repeat steps 3 to 5.
