To Show Annotations at Part Level in an Assembly
1. Open an assembly containing parts with permanently displayed annotations. The annotations at part level are not displayed in the graphics window and are not added to or shown in any combined view.
2. Select one or more annotations at part level from the model tree and right-click.
3. Click Show. The selected annotations are added to the Default All combined view or the active combined view and are visible in the graphics window.
Alternatively, perform the following steps:
a. Click Add to States. The Assign to States dialog box opens displaying a list of combined views
b. Select one or more combined views from the list and click OK. The selected annotations are added to the selected combined views and are visible in the graphics window.
4. Save the assembly.
