To Remove or Restore the Dependency of Annotation Elements
You can remove or restore the dependency of Annotation Elements in an Annotation Element propagate feature as follows.
To remove the dependency of an Annotation Element, select the dependent Annotation Element, right-click, and click Make Independent on the shortcut menu.
To restore the dependency of the Annotation Elements, select the dependent Annotation Element, right-click, and click Make Dependent on the shortcut menu.
If you have converted an Annotation Element propagate feature to an Annotation Feature, then you can remove or restore the dependency as follows.
To remove the dependency of an Annotation Element, select the dependent Annotation Element, right-click, and click Detail Independent on the shortcut menu.
To restore the dependency of the Annotation Elements, select the dependent Annotation Element, right-click, and click Detail Dependent on the shortcut menu.
If you change the type of the original geometric tolerance, for example, from Straightness to Flatness, the dependency of the copy is removed automatically. To restore the dependency, change the type of geometric tolerance back to Straightness and click Detail Dependent on the shortcut menu.

You can restore dependency only if the original Annotation Element still exists, that is, the original Annotation Element has not been deleted, suppressed, or is not in the rollback state.
