About the Design States
The various design states of the changed object data are as follows:
The compare to design—The design state before the comparison of the ECAD assembly designs. The compare to design is the reference state with which the current assembly design is compared.
The current design—This design state includes the changes made to the assembly design after the creation of the compare to design. This is the design that is compared with the compare to design.
The reset state—The original design state of the object, as it was in Creo Parametric, before entering Creo ECAD-MCAD Collaboration mode. It shows the actual 3D geometry with its location, shape, and state.
