To Set and Configure a Publish Deliverable
1. Open a drawing to publish.
2. Click File > Print > Print to open the Print Preview dashboard, or click File > Save As > Export to open the Export Setup dashboard. A publish deliverable is selected by default. The selection is based on the value of the preferred_publish_deliverable configuration option.
3. Click the drawing sheet to publish if there are multiple sheets in the drawing.
4. Set and configure one of the following publish deliverable:

In case of Print / Plot, click Settings on the Print Preview dashboard. Configure the output using the Printer Configuration dialog box.
In case of Export, on the Export Setup dashboard:
Select DXF and click Settings. Configure the output using the Export Environment for DXF dialog box.
Select IGES and click Settings. Configure the output using the Export Environment for IGES dialog box.
Select PDF and click Settings. Configure the output using the PDF Export Settings dialog box.
Select STEP to generate STEP output.
Select CGM and click Settings. Configure the output using the Export CGM dialog box.
Select DWG and click Settings. Configure the output using the Export Environment for DWG dialog box.
Select TIFF, Medusa, or Stheno to generate the output as a TIFF, Medusa, or a Stheno file.
5. Click Preview to preview the output.

While previewing the output, if you select a different publish deliverable, the preview operation ends and the original drawing is displayed.
6. Click Close Preview to display the original drawing.
7. If Print/Plot is the publish deliverable, click Print in the Print Preview dashboard to print the drawing using the Print dialog box. For all other publish deliverables, click Export in the Export Setup dashboard to export the drawing to a data file format as set in step 4.
