To Toggle the Display of Parents and Children in the Reference Viewer
1. In an open assembly, select a component, and perform one of the following operations:
◦ Right-click and select 
Information > 
Reference Viewer
Information > Reference Viewer◦ Click > Reference Viewer
Reference Viewer◦ Click > Reference Viewer
Reference ViewerThe Reference Viewer dialog box opens.
2. Select an object to investigate, right-click, and choose Set Current from the shortcut menu. The selected object appears as the Current Object at the center of the graph area. Parent objects are displayed to the left of the Current Object and child objects are displayed to the right of it.
3. Click 
to close the parent or child reference columns of the Parent/Child Graph. To restore a closed reference column, click View and select and select one of the following options:

◦ Show Parents only—Displays only the parents of the Current Object.
