Verification Guide—Creo Simulation Live
This section contains a set of verification and benchmark cases. The verification cases compare the results of some simple problems with the calculated results, and the results of Creo Simulate, ANSYS Discovery Live and Creo Simulation Live.
The benchmark cases compare the results of ANSYS Discovery Live and Creo Simulation Live.
All the verification cases are run with the following GPU hardware:
• NVIDIA graphics card with the following:
◦ Quadro M2000M
◦ 4GB Graphics Card
◦ CUDA version 9.01

 All tests are run with the simulation quality slider at the default position, unless specified otherwise. |
To run these verification and benchmark cases yourself you can download the models from
here. Download the file
simulation_live_verification_models.zip to your local machine and extract the contents of the zip file. The verification models are in the following folders:
