Tolerance Analysis Extension (TAE) is a 1D tolerance analysis application available on the Analysis tab in Creo Parametric. On the EZ Tolerance tab, you can import tolerance analysis measurements defined and saved using the TAE application. The imported data is included in the EZ Tolerance Analysis tables and reports.
