Enhancement: Updated Tooltips

Description
In Creo Parametric, an initial set of enhanced tooltips have been added. These tooltips have been improved to include detailed imagery along with refined text. The updated tooltips have been added throughout Creo Parametric spanning both top-level features and options within tools.
The areas with updated tooltips include:
• Part Model ribbon
• Selected options from the Assembly Design ribbon
• Selected options from the Part Sheetmetal ribbon

The updated tooltips provide more context about the functionality in Creo. This enables you to fully leverage the capabilities of Creo and gain better understanding of the available functionality.
