Description
In structural studies, a warning is now displayed if the optimization completes with a stress value on the optimized shape that exceeds the material's yield strength. Previously, the status was recorded as successful without any warning.
Now, if Von Mises stress value exceeds the material yield strength after optimization, the status is marked as completed with a warning. This warning is applicable to both starting geometry and connected geometry.
Benefits
This enhancement provides more accurate results that reflect material limits. It also provides a guidance on how to resolve the warning.
