Cabling data management is unified into a single tool, improving productivity, visibility, and control. Cabling data workflows have been modernized with a new Cabling Data Object and a unified Cabling data management tool. Logical and designation data, reference designation annotations, and cabling features are now managed in a dedicated assembly component. Multiple legacy tools and workflows have been merged and streamlined, providing clear visibility and control over cabling data. The new model supports enhanced designation tables, entry port management, and improved handling of logical data and annotations.
Key capabilities include:
• Manage cabling logical and designation data in a dedicated assembly component.
• Use a single tool for all cabling data workflows, including designation and logical data management.
• Work with cabling data across multiple harnesses and assemblies.
• View and control designations and entry ports with enhanced tables and filtering.
• Add, modify, and manage sub-connectors and entry ports directly from the tool.
• Export designation lists and logical data for reporting and analysis.
