Data Sharing Features Presets
The Copy Geometry, Merge and Inheritance, and Shrinkwrap Data Sharing Features allow you to create presets. Feature presets are predefined sets of the feature’s attributes. They enable you to define features quickly, by reusing the same attributes of features that were defined earlier. Note that the items marked with * are the defaults, the default preset description usually does not appear in the preset.

For Copy Geometry features you can set presets for the following attributes:
• Publish Geometry—Yes*, No
• Surface copying option—All*, Exclude surfaces and fill holes, Copy inside boundary
• Appearances—Yes*, No

• Operation type—Add Bodies*, Merge, Cut, Intersect
• Copy datum planes—No*, Yes
• Include quilts—Yes*, No
• Include construction bodies—Yes*, No
• Copy all annotations—No*, Yes
• Depend all copied annotations—Yes*, No
• Auto copy datum for annotations—Yes*, No

You can apply a preset when you create a Shrinkwrap feature only after you select the reference model.

• Collection Method—Automatically collect all solid geometry, Manually collect geometry
Update Control—Automatic, Manual update, No dependency
• Copy all annotations—No*, Yes
• Depend all copied annotations—Yes*, No
• Auto copy datum for annotations—Yes*, No
Options relevant for Outer Shell:
• Order—Shrinkwrap then exclude*, Exclude then Shrinkwrap
• Accuracy—1*, 2–10
