You can use the Swept Blend tool to create a sheet metal wall with swept blend geometry. You create swept blend geometry by sketching a single trajectory and multiple sections that are blended at specified segment vertices or at datum points on the trajectory. You can orient a section by specifying the rotation angle about the z-axis.

You can specify thickness for a first wall in a body when the body is not linked to the part. Keep in mind that additional options specific to Sheetmetal Design are available for the Swept Blend tool.
