New Display Option in the In-Graphics Toolbar

Description
Previously, there was no way to control the display of tangent edges.
In this release, a new option Tangent Edges has been added to the in-graphics toolbar. This setting controls the display of edges between tangent surfaces.
When this option is selected, the tangent edges are displayed using the same style as they had before hiding them. This option applies to all display styles that show edges, and it uses the existing configuration options tangent_edge_display and shade_with_edge_tangent.When the option is not selected, the tangent edges are hidden
