About Version
A version is a significant change created to signify a design milestone. A version is also used as the origin for creating a branch.
Creating a Version
Typically, a version is created for a change. Once a version is created, you cannot cancel or undo the action.
To create a version, on the top-right corner of the
Creo+ window, click

.
Alternatively, you can create a version from the collaboration history user interface.
1. Select a change in the collaboration history.
2. Right-click and select

from the context menu.
3. In the Create Version dialog box, enter name and description for the version and click OK.
To change the properties of a version, right-click on the version and select
Properties. Update the properties in the
Version Properties dialog box, as required. The
Change description section of the
Version Properties dialog box displays information about the version creation and updates. The version change information will reflect in all shared sessions.
