Windchill Server Status column of the Model Tree represent the current status of the objects. The glyphs indicate whether users can concurrently work on the latest version of the server objects without overwriting each other’s changes in the multi-user environment.
Windchill Server Status column of the Model Tree in Creo are the same as the glyphs representing the status of the server objects in the Workspace listing page of Windchill.
Windchill Server Status column in the Model Tree displays either important information or summary of the status with

Windchill Server Status column displays the glyph that represents critical server information. You can defer your intention to reference the object until its out-of-date status is cleared. If you are notified that the iteration of the server object you are trying to check out is not the latest, you can perform an Update action to add the latest iteration of the object to the Workspace.
Windchill Server Status column automatically refreshes when a server status change is detected or can be manually refreshed by clicking > > in Creo or by-clicking on the status of a server object on the Model Tree and click Refresh Server Status in the shortcut menu to update the status of the object.
