About Getting Help
You can access the Help Center home page, context-sensitive Help, release information, and customer service information by clicking File > Help . The following commands are available in this menu:
• Creo Layout Help—Opens the home page for the Creo Help Center. From here you can navigate to the Creo Layout Help.
• Command Search—Opens an interactive tool for finding commands and previewing the location of the command. The search works only for commands on the Ribbon, Quick Access toolbar, Graphics toolbar, or the File menu.
• Search Online Knowledge Base—Loads the PTC Online Knowledge Base.
• Log Support Case—Loads the PTC Call Logger.
• Online Resources—Displays useful tutorials, tools, and various guides for the latest release.
• System Information—Displays current system information.
• System Information—Provides product information, including the release, license information, installation date, and customer support contact information.
• About Creo Layout—Displays Creo Layout copyright and release information.
• Reference—Displays additional references.
