Assign and delete tangency
You can use the Modify tab of the Spline Channel Editor to assign and delete tangency in interpolation points.
To assign tangency,
1. Click and select a channel segment. The interpolation points appear.
2. Click .
3. Select an interpolation point.
4. Define the direction of the tangent vector.
The following image shows how you can assign tangency to an interpolation point.
To delete tangency,
1. Click and select a channel segment. The interpolation points appear.
2. Click .
3. Select an interpolation point. The tangency is deleted.
You can use the “+” and “-” buttons to increase and decrease the tangent weight, respectively. Click either button and then select the interpolation point. The following image shows how you can modify the tangent weight.
