Hide elements
When your viewport becomes too cluttered, you can use Hide to temporarily remove elements from your view. Creo Elements/Direct Annotation stores these hidden elements so you can later restore them with Unhide . Unlike Delete, you can unhide hidden elements at any point in the design process, even after you end and restart a Creo Elements/Direct Annotation session.
To hide elements,
1. Click Annotation, Geometry, or Insert tab and then, in the Utilities group, click the arrow next to .
2. Click Hide.
3. Select the type of elements to hide:
To select only manually added elements: right-click in the viewport, and select Manual.
To select only calculated view geometry: right-click in the viewport, and select Calc.
By default, Hide selects both manually added and calculated elements.
4. Select the elements to hide:
Select by box in the viewport, or
Use the Select tool. To select hidden lines or tangent edges, use Hidd Supp or Tangent in the Select dialog box.
5. Click to complete the operation.
